Dear Wolverine Water customers, 

We wanted to let you all know that we are keeping a close watch on latest reports and news surrounding the COVID-19 virus, also known as Coronavirus. Your safety and the safety of our employees are of paramount importance to us. To that end, we are working diligently to ensure that our canvassing crews and water technicians who come into your home are conducting good practices to wash their hands frequently, keep equipment and physical surroundings clean and disinfected as appropriate, avoid excessive touching of surroundings, and to stay home when they are sick.

If you have an upcoming appointment with us and are feeling sick or exhibiting any symptoms, we encourage you to call us and speak with one of our customer service representatives to reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, we can also discuss with you measures you can take to take preliminary steps toward better safer water.

      Margaret,

      Our offices are not open at this time. And we made a decision to stop salt deliveries at the beginning of March. Our delivery folks were sustaining too many injuries as a result. We are still selling salt and it is available for pick-up.

      We can arrange something if you need it.

      Hello Margaret,

      Customers may arrange for pick-ups on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30am – 11:00 am. You must call first to place the order and pay over the phone, it’ll help with social distancing measures. You will need to pull up to the back of the building to load up the salt. Pick-ups are only by scheduled appointment only, so please call first. Thank you!

  1. Our water smelled terrible, was extremely hard and was ruining our brand new water softener. We had a Wolverine model number 7000 system installed on August 13, 2020. After nine days our water was so much better, and the filter on our softener is clean. We had our water tested after installation and the results came back better than we could have ever expected. We have already recommended Wolverine to our friends who are unhappy with the quality of their water.
